Translate key medical documents first
Diagnosis notes, pathology reports, imaging reports, operative reports, discharge summaries, medication records and important labs are usually high priority.
Original imaging files matter too; text reports alone may not be enough.
Keep originals aligned with translations
File names should include date, type and language so institutions can verify records.
Translations should be accurate and complete, not rewritten to change medical conclusions.
