Group questions before the meeting

Questions can be grouped into medical evaluation, laboratory and embryo-related topics, fees and payment, U.S. travel timing, interpretation and care-team communication, medication and testing coordination, legal compliance and future storage management.

This structure prevents all questions from blending together and helps different teams respond more clearly.

Confirm scope and boundaries

Fertility institutions may provide IVF, egg freezing, embryo banking, PGT, donor eggs or third-party reproduction services, but availability and eligibility vary by state, institution and individual case.

For surrogacy, parentage, contracts or immigration-status questions, qualified legal professionals should be consulted.

Keep written records for cross-border communication

Before the first consultation, prepare a one-page summary with personal background, main goals, existing tests, key timing limits and questions for the institution.

Keep emails, quotes, testing requirements and process notes for later review. InnoCare can help organize communication materials but does not replace physician or legal advice.
